A star in aluminum alloy with a heart that opens. It's made to keep a wish, a thought or a dream: you write it on the parchment, roll it up and close it in the heart.

The star is in aluminum alloy, mirror-polished or glitter, finished by hand. The base, the pencil and the heart closure are in oak.

The star measures about 17 × 17 cm (6.7 × 6.7 in), the base about 20 × 15 cm (7.9 × 5.9 in).

The colors are the same: Bacio di rosa, Seta di grano, Polvere di stella and Sussurro di nuvola. The glossy finish is smooth and reflects like a mirror, the glitter one sparkles.

With the star you get the "My Wish" parchment, the cord to hang it and the heart sticker to close it. If you choose the version with a base, you also get the oak base you picked, the pencil that holds the star up and, as a gift, the oak heart closure.

Yes, on the oak heart that closes the heart of the star: a name, a date or a word, up to 16 characters among letters, numbers and spaces (no symbols or emoji), laser-engraved. The engraving costs 5 €. With the version with a base the heart is a gift, so you only pay for the engraving; with the star only the heart costs 8 €, or 13 € engraved. You choose it on the HOPE page, under the version.

There's the plain oak base, with the pencil. Then there are the bases with an accessory: USB port or wireless charger, reed diffuser, incense holder or wooden diffuser (round or square), adjustable spotlight or LED light, thermo-hygrometer, flower vase. And there's the star with a clock. You choose them on the HOPE page, after the color.

Write what your heart wishes for most on the parchment, roll it up and slip it into the heart of the star. Then close the heart with the sticker or the little oak heart cap.

HOPE is not a toy and the manual advises against it for children under 14. Little ones can write their wish and put it in the star with the help of an adult.
